This event is a celebration of our ongoing fight for justice, equity, and community power and is the branch’s primary fundraising event to enable us to carry out the mission of the NAACP in Northern Orange County. This year’s event will be held from noon – 2:00 PM on Saturday, September 19th, 2026 at the Whitted Building located at 300 W Tryon St., Hillsborough, NC 27278. 

This banquet isn’t just a celebration. It’s a statement of revival, relevance, and readiness — and we need your help to make that statement real. Tickets are $70 per person, and the following sponsorships are available to support our mission:

Bronze Sponsorship Package - $500

2 event tickets, a program listing, social media shout-outs, and acknowledgement at the event

Silver Sponsorship Package - $1,000

5 event tickets, a program listing, social media shout-outs, and acknowledgement at the event

Gold Sponsorship Package - $2,000

1 table of (8 seats), half page ad in the souvenir booklet, table signage, a program listing, social media shout-outs and acknowledgement at the event

Platinum Sponsorship Package - $3,000

2 tables (16 seats), full page ad, table signage, a program listing, social media shout-outs and acknowledgement at the event

Additionally, advertisements are available and are due by September 19, 2025 to be included in the program at the following levels:

Inside Page - Color: $300

Half Page - Color: $75
